I take a multi-vitamin, carnitine, extra vitamin e, extra vitamin c, co-q10
and alpha lipoic acid.  Occassionally I add gotu kola and guarana before
workouts.  Also, I had been taking large doses of magnesium to help with
constipation -- I have stopped this recently.
