One of the reasons why bacon would be a no-no on an anti-candida diet would
be the sugar content.  Any anti-candida diets that I've ever seen require
refraining from carbohydrates of any kind.  Don't know if there are any
other  ingredients that are a problem but definitely the sugar would be.
