Also, as mentioned before, could these "attacks" be linked to very low
serotonin levels in the brain? Carbs are needed to help tryptophan cross
the blood brain barrier, and over time with a ketogenic diet some people
have mood swings and irrational anger, and perhaps your symptoms are a
manifestation? The wine converts rapidly into glycogen and would help
ingested tryptophan cross into the brain to convert into serotonin.
