Let's assume I need 3000 KCalories per day (I'm 88Kg and I run every day).
I'm virtually ZC so 80% of that should come from fat. 1 gr of fat has 9Kcal
that makes my need around 250-300 gr of pure fat per day. Which means 1kg
chestnuts, 1 1\2 glass of olive oil, 600gr of 50% pemmican...
Does it make sense?
