Dried eggs would be considered paleo, right?  My family gets dried whole
eggs and dried egg whites.  I can't find the labels at the moment, but I
know the egg whites are pure, no additives.

I wonder if primitives were able to dry eggs, shouldn't be much
different from drying meat?
