I'm working on a project along these lines.

The idea is that you enter your dietary intake and target nutrient values,
and the software shows you how close you are to your specified 'optimum'
diet.

Making suggestions as to how to improve the diet may be a bit beyond the
scope of the project, but I'll add it to the wish list.

All vaporware at present, but I'm actively working on the project.
