Yup, I gotcha. A question for the group:

Recently on another group I was told that the veggies
I eat the most are "craving inducing". Not sure where
this data is from, but I thought I'd share the veggies
I eat the most and find out what everyone thinks.

Normally I eat tomatoes, lettuce, red bell peppers,
onions, garlic, zucchini, broccoli and cauliflower,
and occassionally small amounts of carrots. Am I
making bad veggie choices? I also regulary use lemon
juice on just about everything as I love the flavor.

I'm sure you are right, but I guess the most important
tool is your results. Are you losing inches, how do
you feel, etc.
