A couple of basic questions but I am new to this list and am just
finding out about this approach to diet and nutrition.
1) Should meat be eaten raw. Is cooked meat bad?
2) How much meat/ fish is typical on a 2000 calorie diet.
I typically eat a can of tuna and 12 oz of cooked meat (some
combination cornish hen, beef, beef liver, lamb) per day over three
meals.
