I'm not a hot beverage drinker (which makes life trying when surrounded by
coffee lovers), so I've never gone this route with almond milk.  But I
wonder if there's some good concoction you can 'brew' with almond or even
coconut milk.  I know that cold, almond milk with a drop or two of stevia is
to DIE for!  Warm 'milk' with eggs and a natural sweetener might make a nice
sweet soup.  I know this, 'cuz I always take a sip or two when I make
cocomilk custard.  Mmmmmmmmm......
