Dear Kirt,

I had cholesterol below 100 and then I got metastatic breat cancer. Have not
had it (cholesterol)  checked recently.

You have to laugh because when they took my cholesterol and could not even
get a reading on it (below 100) they would tell me how "healthy" I was. This
was back when I was a hi carber.

I think your diet overall is very good.

What does Todd think, he is the expert on lipids.
