From the manufacturer's website, Vitalux AREDS contains:
Beta Carotene: 12,500 IU
Vitamin C: 250 mg
Vitamin E: 200 IU
Zinc: 40 mg
Copper: 1mg
Lutein: 3 mg

Almost any multivitamin/multimineral can provide similar quantities. For
example, I take TwinLab Dualtabs which contain:
Beta Carotene: 7500 IU
Vitamin A (Retinol Palmitate): 5000 IU
Vitamin C: 500 mg
Vitamin E: 100 IU
Zinc: 15 mg
Copper: 1mg

They cost me about $0.35 per serving at the Vitamin Shoppe
(http://vitaminshoppe.com) This formulation is missing the lutein, but
many multis do have it. Anyway, the study cited by Vitalux as the basis
for their formula didn't use lutein.
