Yes, since the structural makeup of the brain is also very important,
differences in relative size alone do not account for all intelligence
differences between or within species. This does not mean, however, that
relative brain size is irrelevant, else why mention its progression at all
in discussions of the evolution of homo sapiens sapiens (wise, wise man)? So
brain size is a factor in intelligence, just not the only factor.
