I'm doing a bit of self promotion here (not sure if that's allowed!) but oh
well :)
I'm a longtime member of this list and find a lot of the information
useful. I am a personal trainer in Seattle and nudge people towards paleo a
little bit every day. I am starting the blog with the intent of sharing my
training, nutrition, and life philosophies with others. You will notice my
nutrition choices are all Paleo + pastured butter / white rice.
