I don't know Weil and Erasmus doesn't claim to know how nutrition
and lifestyle in the paleolithicum was, like Ray Audette does.

For some more detailled information how nutrition
in the paleolithicum was (but not much in nutrition lifestyle
recommendations) I suggest to take a look at the excellent information at:
http://www.naturalhub.com/#About Natural Foods .

Concerning Udo Erasmus I'd like to know what exactely you name as
"a lot of really wrong ideas (at least about nutrition) that are bad for
your health".
His writing may be inconvenient for some and contains some more speculative
thoughts.
However I'm impressed by the valuable and well referenced in-depth
information I could find in his book "Fats that Heal, Fats that Kill".

Could you elaborate?

regards

Amadeus
