Wow! You have found a solution for your health problems! Fantastic feeling
isn't it? I lost a lot of my arthritic-based symptoms on basic low-carb, but
the switch to paleo has made me feel better than I ever thought possible,
plus having the added benefit of easy weight loss. I'm trying to convince my
husband that he CAN live without sugar and starch and thus reduce or
eliminate his allergy symptoms, but since he doesn't have a weight problem
he's skeptical. Good luck to you on your continued quest for good health.
