I'm hungry within an an hour and a half after eating fish and I never fill
up on it....  It's like eating yams, I can never get enough..... Needless to
say, I stay away from yams.....   Oliva

Insulin is supposed to inhibit hunger.  Insulin crosses the blood brain
barrier to interact with the hypothalamus to
prevent the synthesis of neuropeptide Y, probably the most potent stimulator
of appetite.
