i usually buy troyer farms brand, and the only ingredients listed are 'pork
rind and salt'.  there are zero carb calories on the nutritional listing, so
that means if there is any sugar, it is less than 4 grams.
but check the label, for example, wise brand has MSG added to their pork
rinds, and who knows what else comes under that evil umbrella, 'natural
flavors'.
