According to mercola raw cheese, kefir, etc. are good for you.
although my dairy intolerance has cleared, and I don't get the severe
reaction I used to get, I still deal with some bloating after eating dairy
and some water retention the entire next day. Therefore I avoid it at all
cost. Haven't tried just using a little butter - maybe that wouldn't be
quite as bad.
