I put some ground lamb meat on the dehydrator last night but after a short
while, maybe an hour, the phone rang and we turned it off as it is noisy,
but forgot to turn it back on.

 I woke up this morning and  there it was.

 I am wondering if I dry it now, will the meat be ok? I figure it was on the
racks with no drying going on from about 9 pm to 7am.
