Could you point out which "generally accepted standard" for the property
"paleo" you mean? Important enough to mention it first off?

Flax oil (or any oil) is an extraction that therefore needs extraction
technology - which robs away many of the most interesting goodies of the
flax seed.
But i can't see a better source of LNA, which is an essential substance and
therefore *must* be added if you tend to live from agricultural products
which are defficient in it.
Like cereals or pigs or cows, for example.

You mention fish oils a the best source of long chain EFAs.
Are fish oils paleo?
I mean not only that they are extracted and conserved, but also that
cold water fish (which contain them) were unavailable to any hominids of the
paleolithic era up to a minority and the very last few thousand years of
paleolithicum.
