i'm still on the King Arthur catalog mailing list because i used to order
from them quite a bit when i was a vegetarian.  seems there's more than a
few ex-vegetarians on this list.
for seven years, i ate that way, and i kept feeling worse and worse, and i
couldn't understand it, because it was 'supposedly' such a healthy way to be
eating.  and the relief i felt, and how *GOOD* i felt when i switched over
to paleo was simply amazing.  i wish i could make people understand this
(those who persist in eating that sad way, that is)

oh, well.  we keep trying.  i have three copies of Ray's book and they are
all out on loan constantly.
