Fair enough. You will have to forgive me, I'm paranoid after years of
hearing anti red meat and other anti-protein and fat propaganda. So now
I question everything I'm told, especially doctors advice :-)

Same here!  :)  He occasionally indulges in real meat - maybe twice a
month.  My heart really goes out to him.  Poor guy.  He used to live for
pork steak!
