may be not so arhitmetic when you remember than high intake of certain type
of fat ( omega 6 for ex.) require more intake of other type ( omega 3) to
compensate the ratio . The deficiency can be created by simply unbalanced
intake of nutrients. There is circulating ideas on this list that ingesting
more of "good" nutrients can do the job . very questionnable in my opinion
coming from my propension to eat a lot.

exacty what is happenning to domestic animals who are fed buns. feeding on
fats that are dump field for environmental toxins and unbalanced intake of
nutrients ( so endogenous metabolic toxins) is not to be compensated by "
supplements."
Neither herbivorous animals or humans have natural means to eat naked grains
in quantities , even less so if it is grounded to be pelleted ( heat
treated ) and mixed with other goodies.
Making fats is the way to keep the organisms alive despite the invasion.
the "pollution " doesn't stop there ,the shit of animals raised on an
unatural diet have a profound effect ( yet to be fully recognised ) on the
whole ecosystem ( plants , insects and microorganisms too , have their
requirements for a naturally designed intake of nutrients) .
wish you luck in compensating this by supplementing with well acadamically
thought magic pills.
personally i don't "swallow the pill " anymore . I look for the real stuff
instead., encourage the farmers who produced it And if it is not there i
will spend all my energy to create it..
I look for my real place in a naturally balanced ecosystem.
I can't stand a world anymore that is built on savant solutions to problems
that have been artificially created.
The answer is simple , quit the production of unhealthy animals by stopping
to consume it .
From there you will be amazed of the avaibility of grass fed animals
spreading like organic foods did.( at least on the west coast)
