My son came up with a very nice recipe the other day.
Sardines from a can that is....
Mash them up, put in a good jollop of mayonaise, fresh basilicum, a bit
of lemonjuice, some ground pepper, a small amount of very finely chopped
red onion. Put in a leaf of lettuce or eat just like that.

Fresh sardines clean good (wash ) and fry in hot oil.
Add salt and pepper and a little lemonjuice afterwards.
I am not an all raw eater so yes, I fry foods in oil.

Christy

ps in all honesty I find myself eating more and more in natural state.
Ofcourse the idea of raw food IS good but I need some getting used to
it. Slowly adjusting my body etc ;-))
