Interesting - the "expert" quoted is Temple Grandin - an autistic lady
with
very interesting ideas about the handling of animals and animal
perception.
I have not had time to finish reading her book on the subject, but
find her
story inspiring as well as unique.  Any of you with autism in your
families
might also enjoy her writing.
