I forgot to mention what's remarkable  about this article. 
They start off saying that in ancient Egypt cereals where the staple foods,
but then they admit that lots of mummies have atherosclerosis, so they
conclude that these particular individuals, being high ranked or nobles,
must have eaten a different diet based of course on the usual foes - meat,
butter, cheese...

Even when the truth is so close at hand those so called scientist refuse to
see it... just amazing.
