Not to start up again on the blood type diet, but since alkaline v.
acidic was mentioned here, I recall type O's were supposed to have
relatively acidic states... lots of meat, etc. I have no idea how this
translates into what goes in alkaline or acidic or turns into either in
the gut. Does paleo dieting by default tend to tend more toward acidic
foods?

I am curious actually about sodas, which are very acid (isn't the ph
somewhere around 2?) and what their effect might be on the
acid/alkaline balance-- understanding of course, that sodas aren't paleo.
