Based on this review, it seems the only difference between this book and,
say, Weight Watchers, is its name.  I have a bad feeling that there will be
other books like this on the way, that will try to capitalize on the
'natural' appeal of the paleo diet, while avoiding upsetting anyone by
challenging all those SAD/pyramid principles they believe to be gospel.
