dieting on Atkins requires a fair amount of smarts. It is very diuretic
so you lose electrolytes. If you don't replace them you can have
weakness in your limbs and proably a lot worse.

After a while, your body adjusts, but the first few months can be tough
if you are not very conscious and don't make an effort to educate yourself.
