Well, first, I tend to avoid having non-nutritious foods around the
house.  Second, I make sure there are plenty of good (and in my case raw)
foods available.  That includes good, raw fats.  When the mood strikes I
will sip some raw cream.  If that doesn't help then I'll have some raw
vegetable juices (mostly green vegies as celery, parsley,
zucchini).  Naturally I've got raw meats of various types.  Seasonally I
will have some fruits around the house (apricots, peaches, banana,
coconuts, etc.)  Raw butter, suet and honey are available for those times
when nothing else will satisfy.
