So - what did *you* make of it?  What you saw there is the thinking of Dr.
Atkins - not of the Atkins corporation that now makes huge profits from selling
fake breads and bars.

You should not be surprised to know that Atkins promoted a paleo-like diet.
That was the original plan before commercializaion.
