Hi Mark.  I didn't mean to say that -- I'm not yet sure if they've dropped.  I'm anxiously anticipating my next blood test to see if that number falls out of the 90's.  If nothing else, I have lost that last ten pounds and will have to come up with another theory as to how it worked, if not due to sat fat causing insulin resistance.
