plaeo eating IMo is not about what you have to eliminate from your diet but
about what you want to integrate to nourish yourself better.
setting high standards is good . that makes us possible to move thing
positivelly .
for this particular case i am doubtfull than silage given all along the
animal life  is that much an improvment on grains finished after an
existence of free range .

no you can connect with your local farmers and encourage them to produce
what you want instead of having to choose among the least evil of what is
available .

There is breeds of domesticate animals that are unfavored because too small
to be competitive with the modern monsters but closer genetically to the
wild animals ( like highland cattle ) who can produce way better meat than
too selected breeds. You can do so easelly by paying the real cost of
raising animals properlly .
