I was watching a pbs cooking show called Yan Can Cook. He had filmed this
particular show in the Philipines. He was showing different ways of using
fresh coconut and its milk. One of the dishes had sweet potato leaves in
it. I had thought they were toxic along with regular potato plants.
Obvioulsy not lol
Would you, *the more experienced paleos consider sweet potato leaves paleo?
I know the topic of the sweet potato itself has come up in since I have
joined the list in Oct. But I do not recall anything about the leaves. BTW
if anyone would like the recipes Yan prepared today on his show, all fish, I
can send them to you.
