But, on the other hand - they ARE beautiful, and good producers.  You can
leave them in the ground over fall/winter and they're still crisp and good
come the Spring.
I made my poor mother plant some for me years ago in her small vegetable
garden, and they virtually took over!

Anyone know a good method for drying and making flour from them?
