        I have -got- to get a hold of myself with the raisins.  They are
too easy and too sweet to eat.  I don't have any sugar problems, unless
you count dangerious levels of obesity, but I still have got to get a
grip on the dried fruit.  Right now I just try to limit myself to four at
any one time (rather than a handfull).
