diet?

The basic health problem that i had and still have is that i have
unfonctionning adrenal and thyroid glandsdue to an autoimmune process. This
is considered a life time condition that can't be reverse accordingly to the
presently known medecine science. The main problem that i have to encounter
in a daily basis is the difficulty to imitate the naturel fluctuating
secretion of thoses hormones with pills intake ( on top of that the
artificial molecules are not identical to the naturals one). In other words
my energy level is fluctuating accordingly to the cortisone,
mineraralcorticoid, and thyroxine blood availability. Every unbalancing
influence on my body is requiring fine tuned regulation of my cortisol level
especially, something that an artificial oral supplementation can 't give. So
i am particularly sensitive to any stress (mental physical and emotional)
and mistakes in my way of eating.
I am glad to see that lot of symptoms completly disappeared after i switch
to completly raw and that the new ones that i am dealing with serve me to
reajust my actual practice of instinctive eating ( like the ones related ,i
believe, to mercury elimination following the removal of my amalgams;
something that i might not have done if i was still unaware of my body signs
as when i was eating cooked).

There is nothing strict about instinctive diet because the choices of
varieties of food are way greater than any neolithic diet present or past
except that the "restrictions " made by the consomation of dairy and grains
in an occidental diet ,are not allowed to take over the consomation of
fruits, vegetables and animals product ,.. I would like to remind us that
once we remove milk and wheat from the normal occidental diet, not that
much is left that is actually consumed in quantity.
So instinctive eating is certainly less strict than the normal occidental
diet.based on wheat dairies and beef (for americans). or pork (for some
europeans).
And instinctive eating is not a " diet " in the first place because there is
NO intellectual regulation and there is no prescribed recomendation of
what one should eaT
That is precisely the point of instinctive eating to ASK signs from the body
not to DECIDE from ideas about what it need.
Something that is ever fluctuacting!
