Sheena,

When I first started on this diet, I also ate tons of
fruit. I assume that most people do this as a
replacement for sweets like cookies, cakes, candies,
etc. Although I have been on this diet 2 years, I
still have these cravings, but have found some things
that have helped to reduce them signficantly. The
first is to eliminate fruit for a few months and then
slowly add it back to a level that you feel
comfortable with. Second, I think it is imperative to
find foods that you enjoy eating. When I first got on
this diet, I ate the foods on it because they were
good for me; I didn't really like them. Eating was a
chore. I decided that if I was going to continue on
this diet, I had to find some foods that I truly
liked. I have and that has made all the difference.

Hope that helps,
Jennifer
