I have to read CAFFEINE BLUES every day to keep myself off coffee. There
must be something pretty powerfully addicting in it. That brings up a
question. Having been on SAD for so long, is that why it is hard for us to
quit, say, coffee, or smoking? I'm not a smoker. Does paleo help in quitting
smoking? I think our bodies are still "hungry" for something if they crave
these toxins. Wheat is an opioid and creates a high,no wonder that one is
hard to give up!
