I am restarting my paleo eating after a couple of years off the program.
Of course, I have gained weight since then! When I had done the paleo
eating the first time, it was a "modified" form - that is, I had coffee and
commercial salad dressing but that was about it.

My question is, is there any commercial salad dressing that is "paleo-
friendly?"

Also, does anyone use honey? Audette states that in very limited amounts
that it is allowed, but does honey trigger a reaction (sweet tooth,
dizziness, etc.) in any of you?

Leaving bread behind does not bother me, but I have an awful sweet tooth.
I've been compensating with eating fruit, but Audette states that if one
wishes to lose weight, they must curtail their fruit. Must I curtail the
fruit to lose weight?

Any advice you can give would be most appreciated! Janet
