Well, this answers one question anyway.

Unfortunately, this is the only butcher within 30 miles of
me.  Guess I'm going to have to inherit 100 acres and grow,
kill and butcher my own.  Either that or - anyone know of
any paleo sustainable communities out there?  I'll pitch in
my share. (Exerpt from Lois' Song:  ... an' even though I
