Because it is very hard to derive from the eating habits established
in young years. I eat raw as much as I can, but I want to have a diet
that I also can enjoy. Also when buying foods You are not quite sure
about contamination, freshness and so on, and cook to be on the safe
side. I think I am not the only one who has these reasons for cooking.
