I take D3 as well, 12,000iu per day
I take 1/2 tsp of fermented cod liver oil each morning (Green Pastures
brand)
2 multis...1 AM, 1 PM by Designs for Health which was originally Robert
Crayhons
company (one of the original Paleo guys back in the early 90's). It's still
very
high quality.
I take a B-12 each morning (sub lingual)
I trust that I'm getting the rest of what I need from food. I used
to take a zillion supplements but stopped since I started Paleo.
I only can take caps or soft gels. I've never been able to swallow the
tablets.
