his work. He refused to be on a radio show with Dr. Sears. Sear's was going
to ask him why some studies show that people had a more followup cardiac
incidents on his diet as opposed to a generic "moderate diet."

Now I would like to ask him this same question and another one. Why did I,
on his diet, GAIN 15 pounds and why did my blood pressure go up from 130/90
to 145/105 at rest? I would aslo like to ask him why I lost 35 pounds and
blood pressure went down to 120/75 at rest (not too shabby fer a guy still
almost 200 pounds overweight, eh?) after eating like a caveman for one
month! If he really thinks eating meat makes you lethargic, I would like to
see him keep up with this fat man climbing up and down mountains up at the
Ellicot Wilderness Area or Jocassee Gorges when I am looking for wild
groceries!

The simple fact is this: You are digging your own grave with a fork and
spoon when you follow the Dean Ornish diet.
