Surely the answer is to eat more wild seafood?  As I mentioned before, the
good doctor Weston Price found that the happiest and healthiest people were
those that liived almost exclusively on sea products, such as the Maori of
New Zealand, the Torres Strait islanders, Polynesians and Melanesians,
Indians of coastal Peru, Orkney islanders,Canadian esquimos, etc.
