I remember reading somewhere (here maybe) about someone that showed
their children a copy of Nutrition and Physical Degeneration and
explained that if they eat the wrong foods, this is what they'll look
like. I bought a copy ages ago and haven't got round to reading it,
but just the pictures would be enough to put me off eating grains
ever again.

If you think of all the children that go through agony with fillings
and braces and corrective dental work (and then all the trouble later
with wisdom teeth), feeding children on bread and sweets is bordering
on cruelty.

I wonder what most children would choose - eating "funny food" or
having regular trips to the dentist. Hmmm I'm getting ideas now.
Maybe the trick is to tell children if they ever need a dentist
becayse they ate too many sweets he'll pull all their teeth out and
give them dentures. Forget what I said about being cruel :D
