A large proportion of the meats I eat are wild foods(eg:- raw oysters/swordfish/wild hare/wild mallard duck/scallops/mackerel/samphire)

I personally don't trust those websites specialising in wild meats. This is partly because I suspect the meats of being processed/flown in from abroad etc., and this is a concern since I'm rawpalaeo, but also I find more local sources far more reliable as they are able to provide whole carcasses at times etc., along with the organ-meats and all.

My suggestion:- visit local farmers' markets to see if they sell wild meats. Also, many farmers hunt(they're virtually the only profession that has the time and the opportunity to hunt frequently in their spare time) so if you know farmers who hunt you can get a whole deer carcass off them etc. There are websites describing how to cut up and prepare such carcasses.

My local farmers' markets are incredibly cheap, and, ironically, despite the fact that, nutritionally speaking, wild meats way outcompete any 100% grassfed meats in terms of taste and nutrition, they're less expensive than grassfed meats by far. For example, I can get hold of wild mallard duck for 4 pounds sterling a carcass, a wild hare carcass(huge) at between 7 to 12 pounds fifty pence a carcass, 20 extra-large double-oysters at 17 pounds etc. This may seem excessive by US standards as all UK food prices are astronomically expensive compared to the US, but, they are incredibly cheap by comparison to 100% grassfed/organic meats.

Another option is wild game butchers, but they're expensive.
