I've to question my own computation.
And want to correct it immediately.

I wrote:

The correct value for total protein 6.5 -8.7 was per dl, per whole liter
 65 .. 87 g of protein.
And on the other hand, this is *total* protein in the blood,
including transport proteins and other parts.

The amino acid pool is from 2.10 up to 8.10g per liter blood when
adding the min and max amino acids from
http://www.zonehome.com/met/metorgan.htm at Table 4 Constituents of Plasma)
With a range of 6 g/liter blood.
For Todd a (maximum) capacity of 66g protein or 330g meat.
If empty and hungry ;-)
Ok this isn't much of a limit per meal.

If there's a digestion limit is must be elsewhere
(digestion juices, size of absorbation area....).
Or in the rate of emptying of the amino acid pool
(real daily usage).
