Steve Brill replied to my question on this. No it isn't in his book. He
says it's a turkey oak, a foreign white oak. He says to follow his
directions for acorns, but chop the nutmeat to the size of rice grains in a
blender before leaching. Not sure how paleo this is if I have to leach it.
