Dori, an old remedy against nausea is gingerroot.  I heard they even
give
gingerale to patients first drink after surgery to prevent throwing
up.  Not for
Paleo's ofcourse but just as an illustration.
Maybe a light meal with some ginger in it if you like the taste.
There are also
teas with ginger in it, that might help you to settle your stomach.
Sorry to hear about the tooth and you not feeling too well.
